🛠️ Complaint Handling Process
Users can submit a report or complaint through any of the listed channels. Once received:
- The Orthos Customer Service team will manage, respond to, and process the report following our standard operating procedures.
- The standard resolution time is a maximum of 5 (five) working days, depending on the complexity of the issue.
- Once the case is resolved, we will send a final update and resolution report to the user via the initial contact method.
